A special order takes 2-3 weeks for asphalt shingles and most metal products. Slate, composites, and tile may take 10-12 weeks.

Yes. Our project manager will go over it with you in detail ahead of your roof replacement.

It depends on the type of roof, the size, the difficulty. Most asphalt roofs can be replaced in a few days. Metal roofs and flat roofs can take a few weeks. Other products can take a number of weeks.

No, not usually.

A roof is just like other parts of your home or building and needs periodic maintenance or at least periodic inspections. You probably don’t need an inspection or maintenance for the first five years but as your roof ages, you should have it checked and maintained every few years. Some common maintenance items are leaf and debris removal, check and re-caulk flashings around roof penetrations (pipes, chimneys, skylights), or possibly replacement of some flashings.

Asphalt roofs in our region should last 25-30 years or more, depending on the exact shingle type. A metal roof should last 50+ years. Most flat roof systems will make it around 20 years. Copper, slate, and tile will last 75 - 100 years.
